This rustic dwelling, elegant and comfortable at the same time, is the ideal retreat for families, couples or groups of friends who wish to regenerate themselves in close contact with nature, without sacrificing modern conveniences.Surrounded by a lush, fully fenced garden, perfect for letting the kids run around or relaxing in the shade of the trees, the Fienile offers a beautiful seasonal swimming pool for your exclusive use with deckchairs, sunbeds and umbrellas to make the most of sunny days. A sun terrace invites you to relax while reading a good book or simply enjoying the quiet of the Tuscan countryside.

Inside, the house is tastefully furnished, mixing traditional elements and contemporary comforts. It has two large bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, for a total of six beds. The living area is spacious and bright, with a cozy living room perfect for gathering after a day of hiking, perhaps sipping a glass of local wine.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also ideal for those who love to cook: equipped with a modern induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, microwave oven, and dishes of all kinds. The two bathrooms with showers provide comfort and privacy for all guests.


The location is perfect for those seeking tranquility without giving up the opportunity to visit the wonders of Tuscany. Located in the heart of Mugello, among woods, vineyards and nature trails, you can explore the area by hiking or biking, or have a more adventurous experience by plunging into the woods leading to the Arsella Stream, a small natural paradise where you can breathe in the true essence of this land.

And if you wish to visit Florence, no problem! Just a 5-minute drive from the house is the Vicchio train station, from which direct trains leave for the center of Florence. In just 50 minutes you will be in the heart of the Tuscan capital, without worrying about traffic and parking.Pets are welcome with us, in fact we are a pet friendly location, where you can stay together with your pets (max 2), giving them the necessary care and attention.

The pool is open from June 1 to September 15.
