Start your vacation by choosing the ideal accommodation: convenient practical and strategic. You will be able to park your car in a dedicated space, unload bicycles inside the facility (.... if you have them), move around a residential area that offers all kinds of stores, bars and restaurants.
In addition, you will be connected to the center by public transportation.


Upon arrival we must, according to Italian Law No. 14 of 17-1-2013, request official details such as full name, date of birth and a citizen number from an official document(if outside the E.U. only passport is accepted).
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., after that time arrivals will be subject to a surcharge to be paid at check-in (cash only):
from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. €30;
from midnight €50;
So please update your arrival time as soon as possible.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the apartment and surrounding neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 p.m., and throw out the trash(at the dumpsters) before leaving the house.
