Upon arrival we must, according to Italian Law No. 14 of 17-1-2013, request official details such as full name, date of birth and a citizen number from an official document(if outside the E.U. only passport is accepted).
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., after that time arrivals will be subject to a surcharge to be paid at check-in (cash only):
from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. €30;
from midnight €50;
So please update your arrival time as soon as possible.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the apartment and surrounding neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially after 11:00 p.m., and throw out the trash(at the dumpsters) before leaving the house.
