Upon arrival we must, according to Italian Law No. 14 of 17-1-2013, request official details such as full name, date of birth and a citizen number from an official document(if outside the E.U. only passport is accepted).
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., after that time arrivals will be subject to a surcharge to be paid at check-in (cash only):
from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. €30;
from 11 pm to midnight €50;
After midnight we do not check in.
So please update your arrival time as soon as possible.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the apartment and surrounding neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 p.m., and throw out the trash(at the dumpsters) before leaving the house.
If you need additional linens or a change there will be an additional fee to pay.
Condominium heating is available from November 1 until April 15 at a temperature ranging from a minimum of 19° Celsius to a maximum of 22° Celsius;
Air conditioning is available from April 16 to November 31 and cannot be set at a temperature lower than 21° Celsius.
