A "Design Lover" Flat in Florence

The apartment has been recently renovated combining the taste and comfort of modernity with a strategic location in the heart of the city.
Fully equipped with WIFI, AC, oven, hair dryer, ironing boards, washing machine dishwasher, flat screen TV with HDMI connection.
Possibility of parking nearby, direct bus line from the central station, a few minutes walk to the city's main attractions. Once you enter the apartment, you find yourself in a hallway that leads to both bedrooms and the very elegant and sophisticated kitchen/living room. The two double bedrooms have generous closets and both face the back of the building, so they are very quiet. One of the two bedrooms also has a private half bath. The dining/kitchen area is quite spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. From this area, a staircase leads to a loft equipped with a comfortable Chesterton-style sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with HDMI/PC connection. The apartment is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning, oven, hair dryer, ironing board, washing machine, and dishwasher.
Like most apartments in the historic center of Florence, the building does not have an elevator. However, the apartment located on the 3rd floor can be reached by wide stairs.



Upon arrival we must, according to Italian Law No. 14 of 17-1-2013, request official details such as full name, date of birth and a citizen number from an official document(if outside the E.U. only passport is accepted).
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., after that time arrivals will be subject to a surcharge to be paid at check-in (cash only):
from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. €30;
from midnight €50;
So please update your arrival time as soon as possible.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the apartment and surrounding neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10:00 p.m., and throw out the trash(at the dumpsters) before leaving the house.
